The companies interested in obtaining the Potenciar Certification can request their membership and certification through an application that must be submitted at the headquarters of Potenciar International and its headquarters in the United States of America.
GENERAL PROCEDURE
The company will present the legal documents required in the admission application process at the headquarters of Potenciar International LLC.
The company must provide the information and legal documentation that is required for the evaluation and qualification of the admission application.

According to the documentary analysis, the first step for membership in POTENCIAR will be completed. From that moment on, the company will have time to prepare and implement the Potenciar Management System. Once the time is up, Potenciar International LLC will coordinate with the company a security audit or phase one where the minimum standards required by STANDAR POTENCIAR 1224 – 2019 are verified.
The next phase to then carry out the phase two audit for the verification and conformity of the implementation of the Potenciar Management System of the Standard. Potenciar International LLC has competent International Certification Auditors who act as third parties to carry out audits and verification of the correct implementation of the Potenciar Management System and its requirements.
Based on the results of the phase one and phase two audits, Potenciar International LLC, through its competent bodies, will classify the company and decide on its certification and whether or not the applicant will enter as a POTENCIAR associate.
Classification Specifications:
Certificates: Those companies whose Potenciar Management System is under the Potenciar Norm and Standards.
Preselected or in process: Those companies that must implement the Potenciar Management System to be submitted to the certification audit. Once the company or organization has entered the Potenciar scheme, it agrees to comply with the rules and guidelines established in the regulations and other documentation accepted by Potenciar International LLC. The certification is valid for one (1) year; therefore, the organizations will be audited annually to verify the maintenance and improvement for the technical management of types of Crisis and Risks and their adequate management over time.
